Pasta Pojok was born on November 2017 from the Idea of Gianluca Visciglia and his wife Sri Yatmi, Gianluca it’s an expert Chef with more than 20 years experience in more than 5 countries, and several luxury companies like Shangri-la, InterContinental and various chain restaurant In Italy and around the world, his wife Sri was a restaurant supervisor for an Italian chain restaurant in Indonesia plus she learn cooking Italian food from the Mother and Father of Gianluca every time they back in Gianluca’s home town, Merate in the province of Lecco, Italy.
The dream of Gianluca and his wife Sri was to give the opportunity to everyone to experience authentic and high-quality home-made Italian food in Indonesia with affordable price, because normally when you eat Italian food outside Italy if you find good quality have always a very high price, but now with Pasta Pojok their dream become true.
Our food it’s completely authentic Italian food, Pasta, Pizza, all the Sauces, Gelato and Desserts are 100% home-made using 70% local product and 30% Italian product directly imported from Italy.
Our Pasta, Pizza, Gelato, and Desserts are completely hand-made, we have several types of sauces and dishes coming from all part of Italy starting from the south, pass to the center and arriving at the north.
